What is expected:
Job responsibilities include providing courteous and professional service at all times to internal and external customers by handling incoming/outgoing customer service calls and responding to customer requests effectively, proficiently and with a strong commitment to customer service. To provide respectful and accurate responses to both external and internal customers while maintaining quality, productivity and time service standards.
Must have excellent computer skills as well as be experienced in Microsoft Office Products. Previous experience with Auto, Heavy Equipment, or Property Insurance is preferred, but not required. Must have punctuality, schedule flexibility, and able transportation. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Candidate must also be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Must exhibit Professionalism and tact as well as be reliable, dependable and possess an excellent work ethic. Interest in the automotive field, positive “can-do” attitudes, and a drive for success is a plus.
